There is a running joke in the industry that senior developers just read the documentation faster than everyone else. If you are a neurotypical developer, learning a new tool usually looks like this: read the docs, copy the boilerplate, tweak a few variables, and push it to production. But if you are a dyslexic developer, that linear path simply does not exist for us. We cannot just memorize syntax from 100 page doc.
